Fred DeWitt is the Director of our Commercial Projects Division. A holder of a CGC license and a bachelor degree in Construction Technology from UNF, Fred brings a wealth of experience in the commercial arena. He has performed the contract management, estimating, design and developmental management duties, scheduling, served as construction manager, and owner’s representative for projects up to $7 million. Prior to his degree, he spent 10 years in architectural, engineering and industrial design. His projects have included pre-engineered steel airport hangars, doctor’s offices, banks, churches, and more.
Among other special competences, he is a disaster response coordinator for the Florida Conference of United Methodist Church and a mentor for the A.C.E. mentoring program.
