The Bluffs on Plummers Cove

Located just west of south San Jose Boulevard, S.R. 13, and just north of I-295, The Bluffs on Plummers Cove provides quick and easy access to major arterial roads as well as a rich array of neighborhood shopping and dining amenities. The community itself features just 21 executive homesites, averaging 90 feet in width, three of which are located on the riverfront itself, situated 20 feet above the sparkling waters of the St. Johns. The site is richly wooded and offers unmatched vistas of the River. We built six single family homes in this community.
